Posted: 28 Jan 2010, 01:12It would seem that the support act is for just one of the five NZ concerts -- the outdoor one at the Bowl of Brooklands in New Plymouth. I'd guess that the evening starts earlier because of the nature of the venue.

This tune was a big hit in France, but in its original French version "Je n'aurai pas le temps" by Michel Fugain : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u2mcR75rrU4
"If I only had time" was a later cover version with english lyrics, and John Rowles' fame didn't reach France !

Posted: 28 Jan 2010, 14:50In 1968 the John Rowles LP "That Lovin' Feeling" was released, produced by Norrie Paramor. The album included the two tracks 'Send Out Love' and 'Wheel Of Fortune' which were both arranged and conducted by Brian Bennett. Must be one of his very early works of this kind.
