The Shadows Workout website based on the Ucoz platform has recently been plagued by wholly inappropriate ads.
I have now transferred the site to the WiX platform and you can find it at the following URL:

The new site should work on mobile phones and tablets as well as laptops. I understand that the drop down menu to select the various Workout pages is a bit "flaky" on some phones. According to Wix, there should be no problems if you are using the latest versions of Android and IOS.
