Hi everyone, a quick update on developments over the last couple of months. We are aware that the move to Dronfield Hilltop Sports and Social Club has proved difficult for some of our original members due to the distance in getting there. So with that in mind we have managed to secure the Docaster Catholic Club - commencing in October on the 9th, and there after the second Sunday of each month. The same timings as before 12 till approx 4.30pm. As far as we are aware at this stage the Club does do a selection of bar Snacks and tea's and Coffee. The only down side to the new prpossed Club is that it is an upstairs Concert room, although there is a stair lift for those unable to manage the stairs. We hope that this will encourage all our original members to resume there attendance and we can look forward to a long and happy time back in Doncaster. This is in no way a reflection of of the Dronfield Club that welcomed us earlier this year with open arms and is a superb venue. This decision has not been taken lightly and we feel we have given it a fair amount of time, but unfortunately without the members attending it is not a viable location. Please feel free to contact me if you need any further clarification or details. For those who don't have my number it is :- 0114 3278508 or 0798 360325.

Regards
Mike Kilner.

Doncaster catholic club is a nice venue but those stairs are sure to put people off wanting to bring in their own gear, which is a clever ploy. ;)

What about parking?
Do we have to carry the gear to and from the multi-storey?
And is it free on a Sunday?
