Is the track 'Tell Me How Do You Feel' previously unreleased or is it a mislabel for 'Tell Me' from 'Me & My Shadows' which has pretty much the same lyrics?

A quick search throws up a song by that name by Ray Charles, which sounds likely to have been covered by the Shads, can anyone confirm it is that one?

The song "Tell Me How Do You Feel" was probably only played on stage and by Cliff Richard & The Shadows together, rather than by only The Shadows. To my knowledge, they never recorded the song in the studio.

In the CD picture why are all the amps at an angle? Does this improve the sound?

That was probably so that Hank, Bruce and John and I suppose also Cliff themselves could hear what they played. They did not have monitor speakers in front of them at the time, with the mixed sound coming from a PA system.

That sounds about right. The screams from the girls when Cliff was on would have made it very difficult to hear what they were playing. Must have been hard for Brian being at the back (and for most groups of the era).

It was probably the most difficult for The Beatles. I remember Ringo Starr saying in "The Beatles Anthology" documentary that at for instance Shea Stadium in 1965, he couldn't hear what John, Paul and George were playing and singing and could only figure out where they were in a song by looking at John, Paul and George's movements on stage.
