Following Amanda's posts of a new Birmingham club
is there any interest from anyone in the Cambs / Beds/ Northants
areas in starting a new club?

i have The offer of a venue To use Monthly on a sunday. 12.00 to 5pm
located near to A14 Huntingdon
i have A pa system ,mini disc / cd player if needed
And of course all the Bass gear.
it may be woth pursuing if there is enough interest?

Hi Jay,

Did you know there's a Shads club at St.Neots (or was up until recently) and another in Hertford and also a Shads/Surf band in Cambridge called Los Kiosk Bears so you shouldn't have too much trouble getting a group of players together into a new club based in Cambridge. Count me in too, although I can only come to one meeting a year on my annual visit to the UK.

The Club which Used to Meet at St neots MID ANGLIA unfortunatly finished last year.
which was my local club.
There are other clubs as you mention,but they are not exactly local .
Huntingdon is situated Close to The counties of
Cambs, Beds, Herts, & Northants ,as you say there should be plenty of support but
the lack of support was one of the reasons for The mid anglia club Finishing?
i am just testing the water to see what kind of response there is.
hopefully there will be enough to get something started in the near future.

As I am based in Bedfordshire I would be interested in a Cambs based club.
I miss the meetings we had at St Neots which we had to wind up due to lack of attendees.

Surely there must be more response to your original ''Post'' then the three showing - I assume various peolple have contacted you direct with support on this idea.
