Hi all, I think I've figured out how to finally use youtube, am new to all this computer stuff. I've loaded up 4 instrumentals that i did in 2007 with a friend, and 1 song i wrote myself a couple of months ago. They are all of basic demo quality, and done on very cheap recording equipment at home. Any feedback positive or negative would be much appreciated.

Hi Ryan, just took the time to have a listen and the good news is that they all work OK and for what my opinion is worth I think you have a decent rock & roll voice that you need to work on more, it's OK.
On the down side your mate needs to brush up on his chords and the tuning is suspect, but I guess your recording technique has improved from those instro covers that you did, though I'm not keen on classics such as those being instros. You are going the right way with your writing and it's my guess that the original was a later recording, it's not bad so you will improve the more you do it. Practice, practice & more practice is THE key to success. You are doing OK, thanks for sharing and keep at those vocals !

Thank you for taking the time to have a look, much appreciated. Yes, the original song was a later recording, done at the beginning of this year.
I'm hoping to put some of me playing along to the UB Hank backing tracks on soon aswell.
