The sound at the beginning is a 911 call I sampled from an American gangster movie then added sound EFX from a Roland JV 1080 Sound Module.
I used an 1988 Fender Ultra Strat Rosewood neck / Lace Sensor P/Ups into 19' Line 6 Pro guitar amp simulator into a MOTU 828 Audio interface into Cubase SX3.
The echo and reverb are Cubase Plugins.
I program all my own backing tracks on an old Mac G4 duo 1.25 processors.
If you click the line underneath you should be able to download the file.The first time I tried to upload the file all I did was send a Data sheet
