Hi Dave,
You've done a great job on this one ! beautiful tones and I can clearly hear the 2 parts .
Very well played the only thing I missed was that high 4 note run at 2:35 (if you want it the same as The Shads version)
That's my favourite part of the tune.
I enjoyed it very much.. Cheers Phil

Hi Dave
A smashing sound file! I loved Chess and this tune in particular.
Played just right tonewise and style - I think that little run Phil refers to would be a nice addition.
So good to hear the two parts so clearly defined but it would probably have "dun my 'ed in" for the day if the two tracks had been split left and right. Just my two penn'orth. :D
I can hear a little bit of compressor hiss here and there - a touch of bypass hiss filter would clean it up nicely.
What a Corker
Cheers
ian

hi Ian.
thanks for your nice comments.
all my files were done on a boss br900cd, at the time i didnt have any pedals and wasnt fully up to speed
on everything it could do, so there wasnt much tweeking of the sound going on.
it did take a lot of time to work out which bits to play first without overlapping on to the other vocal side.
regards dave.

hi Lynn.
thank you for some really nice praise. i am never really completely happy with my covers,
after a while i always think should have done that differently. i think its good to be self critical.
regards dave.
