Out of this world.....70s TV theme

anyone tackled this one?.....composed by Tony Hatch I think and the series was introduced by Boris Karloff.....
Theme tune was very catchy when the guitar and tempo kicked in......

I have the Tony Hatch version - and I remember the series being broadcast (ABC Weekend Television).
It was actually around 1962.

The Rapiers also recorded a BassV1 version on their first album Straight To The Point ,as I recall.

Just listened to it on YT - the guitar sounds very much like the handiwork of Big Jim.
Anyone agree?
