Hi All, here's a little tune I recorded today. It's surely the shortest one I've recorded so far, being under two minutes.
I hope you enjoy my version of Spanish Flea

What Fun!!
Had to put the cans on to hear all that was going on.
loved the bounced echo from one side to the other in the intro and outro.
How much of that file was double stops and how much double tracking? It was brilliant!!
cheers
ian

Thanks very much Gary and Ian, I really appreciate your listening and feed back!!

Ian, I know there's quite alot going on, truth is, the tune is pretty repetative so I tried my best to do something different and just had to cut it short too. The 'bouncing echo' is from my Boss RV-70 digital stereo Reverb. I split my signal with a stereo chorus first, (effect set at zero) then through the RV-70. I had to listen to this tune to remember what I did, the verses are all double-stopped and the first chorus and outro are double tracked. I also have the odd DT at the beginning and endings of some verses, I'm sure you'll pick them out.
Anyway, thanks again to everyone, and Ian is correct, it is a fun number!!
BTW, Ian, you may recognise the drum track, I used my 'On The Beach' Groove Agent track with slight mods!
Cheers CC

Hi Charles
I agree with everything Ian said - absolutely brilliant.I know it's not the same tune, but I can't get the image of Benny Hill chasing some scantily clad ladies out of my mind! :D
