Hi
It's been awhile since I posted here but I'm on the website almost every day and as enthusiastic as ever :)

We've realised our Shadows Club in Brisbane, Australia has just had our 40th meeting after starting up in January 2012 and thought it would be nice to post the link to our latest videos at

http://www.brisbaneshadowsplayers.com/home/our-fortieth-meeting

Among our members we have three female guitarists and a very talented young 12 year old guitarist Ben who is making amazing progress each month. Some of our members travel a very long way each month to join us which also shows how much we still love the music of The Shadows.

Best wishes
Rosemary

Hi Rosemary,

May I say how much I enjoyed viewing the Brisbane videos.

Also you have progressed so much both in your playing and your sound from your first postings on this site.

Your rendition of The Savage was brilliant (Not an easy tune to play).

Keep up the good work down there and every success to the Brisbane club and all its members.

Regards
Jim

Hi Jim, Bob and David
Thanks very much for your very nice comments and for listening. We've come a long way since we started with only about half a dozen members and it's also wonderful to see all the new and renewed friendships formed and the collaborations on the songs each month.
David, if Bruce is ever back in Australia we'd be absolutely thrilled to see him if he'd like to pop in to a meeting :)
Thanks again
Best wishes
Rosemary
