Having just said, on another topic, that I rarely listen to sound-files!...

Another Ecca special. Started well and then lived up to the title... it got better and better! If only current 'popular music' were like this I might start listening again! Fabulous!

A feast of tones! Great attitude - especially love the separation of the notes in the first verse. A real plucky grunt about it...

Some very Zappaesque wobbling going on with the whammy bar too - really cool. The vocals on the bt gave the choruses an almost synth effect with your melody over the top.

The sound at the end also very reminiscent of the creamy sound that Hank had on some of his solo recordings - great bends.

A real treat - listened to it twice!

Fascinating Ecca... what sort of plectrum did you use?

Thanks all......
All done on one guitar using my real buffalo horn plectrum.

I hope that the buffalo met its demise before 1947 or I'll have to report you to the authorities ;)

A super recording Ecca - it had me guessing what type of sound was going to come next!

Thanks....
Incidentally.......
It was done using Cakeocaster through a Roland GR55 guitar synth.
Not a 12 string, bass or acoustic guitar in sight.
And that's before you've even started on the trumpets, pianos, organs etc. that it does with varying degrees of authenticity.
It also possesses a looper, a USB stick input for playing pre-recorded BTs, a poor man's sampler, swell pedal, tuner blah blah.
Oh..... and it also has a programmable 3 head delay that does a pretty splendid job of Shadows Meazzi echoes
that would easily warrant the scorn of a well known manufacturer of a recent echo unit.
