SHE'S THE ONE (Robbie Williams)

Hi Shadow land, This is my last tune for this year, I surely was the longest I've ever spent on one recording, a whole week! It's a Robbie Williams tune called She's The One. I used my 82 Strat, bridge pup, through stereo chorus, compressor sustainer, super overdrive and Boss digital reverb on a home made echo patch. Fender PBass, Tanglewood jumbo, and Groove agent drums. I had to write the piano track coz I don't know how to play the flaming thing.
Anyway, Hope you like it!
Cheers CC

Hi Charles - this is very good indeed. I particularly like the playing where it comes to the chorus - It follows the vocal line so well which is sometimes hard to do when making instro's of vocal songs. You've used just about every effect going , but why not - the end result sounds great! Like the rhythm playing and the rest of the backing too.
Excellent all round..

Cheers Phil

Stunning stuff!
Loved the "Chorus" work, multi tracked and multi effects galore and every one a Winner.
You're turning into a good one fingered Pianist too - LOL! I wonder how many hours it took to plonk that lot in, note by note?
Brilliant!!
cheers
Ian

Excellent Charles  . I am a big fan of the songs recorded by Robbie during the period when he worked with Guy Chambers. They didn't write this one though - it was a cover of a song originally recorded by an unsung band called World Party
