Find me a Golden Street using Kinman Magnum Opus 59 Pickups

Hi, I have recently purchased, and fitted a new set of Kinman Hank Marvin Magnum Opus 59 pickups in my Fender Stratocaster 57 USA Reissue, the guitar is fitted with 12-52 Elixir strings. I am really happy with the sound that they give, its a long way from any previous sets of Kinmans that I have had fitted or heard, and they give a far more vintage feel, and sound than say the 54 Impersonator v5 set which I have fitted on another strat, these are great pickups for a mix of Hank's vintage, and modern sounds, but for me these new pickups really hit the nail on the head with "That Sound", plus they are noiseless which is always a bonus. See what you think?

Hi kev,

That sounds great, nice recording. Certainly doing what they are meant to. Last kinman pickups I had was the hank mordern set. I changed them for CS54s in about 2003, these new versions sound great.

Hi Kev,

That sounds really great, I'm looking forward to hearing more!

Gary and I have also done some demos with these pickups and they can be heard on the Kinman jukebox: https://mobile.kinman.com/mp3/sound-magnum-opus.php More to be added soon.

Paul.

Many Thanks Scott, Paul, and Roger. Really enjoying the new pickups, and looking forward to being able to use them in a live situation once we can, to see what they sound like in the mix of a band.
