The over-dubbing is to try and make it a little more interesting as an instrumental. In retrospect I think the Strat tone is too compressed but I cant start over.. lol.

You must have a feel for these things John. You've taken a pretty ordinary, pleasant melody and give it some feel and atmosphere. I think the tone's fine.
