A Groovy Kind of Love is a song written and composed by Carole Bayer Sager and Toni Wine. The melody is taken from an extract from the Sonatina in G Major, Op. 36 No. 5 by the Italian composer Muzio Clementi.
It was recorded for the first time under the title Groovey Kind of Love by the American vocal duo Dianne and Annita in 19651. The same year, the group The Mindbenders (in) recorded it in turn. This version is successful. In 1988, Phil Collins covered the song which ranked No. 1 in several countries. Phil Collins who made it a big success, Hank Marvin also recorded this title and our version is inspired by this one
