'If' by Bread is possibly the shortest title for a song. That must be the only song title with one solitary pronoun in it. Then there was 'Them', the band.
This is supposedly the longest song title at 97 words, 383 characters (no coma), and 478 characters (with coma) by Christine Lavin from the album; Future Fossils:

I really liked your instrumental rendition of that song Fred. I think it is a nice tribute to your wife. You played it very well as you usually do. It had a lovely sound and wonderful guitar tone. I have listened to it many times and find it both moving and most pleasant to listen to. I hope that your wife enjoyed it as much as I did.
