Well I like it Jimbo!!
Its a great tune and often demeaned by Shads "fans" who believe that our boys should never have played anything but 'Originals'.
Smashing sound there too. For my taste I would have liked it a bit "rounder" but for Bareback pickups designed to be "early Shads" style they sound excellent.

Actually, I like this version more than the one by the Shadows. Unlike Ian, I like the edgier early Shadows sound in this song, which gives it a much more vintage flavor, suggestive of the sixties . . . and also more haunting, for lack of a better word. You did a fantastic job Jimbo!! :thumbup:

I think that slow songs are sometimes more difficult to play than fast ones, at least if they are to sound right, and this one sounds just right!!!

Cap is good too!! :lol:
