What Song is This?

A popular 60's group from Zagreb, Croatia, (then part of Yugoslavia) called the Red Corals (Crveni Koralji), played this song under the name of Naples Guitar.
Can anyone recognize this song and does anyone know who played it originally and what it was called.

Nice vintage sound especially the drums. But I don't know the tune Bojan, never heard it before

I don't know that tune either, but one suggestion occurs to me: try posting the Youtube link in an Italian group. The title Naples Guitar suggests to me that it might (but only might) be a traditional Italian tune.

Hi Bojan,
I have a German EMI-single from Bert Weedon, recorded in 1962, the tune is exactly the same, but arranged differently. It is called Napoli Melody and the song was written by someone called Brown.
