KORITZAKI (Johnny Kongas and the G-Men)
Posted: 08 Feb 2011, 23:06Hi All. This tune was originally written and played by a South African band called 'Johnny and the G-Men' in 1962. All our local bands played this tune, including my band, The Tean Beats.
I'm not sure if this is exact as I can't find the recording anywhere so I'm playing from memory which tells me there may be some bits missing, so I added a short drum solo in the middle.
I have no idea what 'Koritzaki' means, I may be using bad language here, but I hope you enjoy it anyway.
