COSY

I have seen so many home-spun videos on YouTube I thought it was finally time to post a coulpe myself. Here is my rendition of COSY, a track I simply love. I am playing it on my Fender Custom Shop Strat through a Q2 EFTP and the Blackstar Artisan 30.
The clip is available in HD and seems to play fine in HD at full screen.

Hope you like it.

Good to see you have a go Brian. I like your sound and was interested in hearing the Blackstar Artisan 30 at work for the Shads stuff because I nearly bought one a couple of years back but decided on the Heritage instead. The blackstar sounds great to my ears was it the ef86 channel in use here ? Had a look at the other vids as well and I liked your performance on the resonator as well.

Roger,

Many thanks for your comments. Yes it is the EF86 channel I used. To my ears it is the best channel on the amp for Shads work, and for over-driven rock/blues, come to that. As I thnk I said, a while back in another thread, the Blackstar has a superb sound, but I have had a lot of reliability issues and it has got through rectifier valves at a rate of knots! I also have a Fender amp as a back-up, but prefer the sound of the Blackstar.

Hi Brian,
Good to see you doing a video. Very nice sound from your setup with the Blackstar.
Well played and a good HD video - particularly liked the double stops -
All the best Phil
