There was a time Pete recorded sound files as well from The Shadows, (once and a while he still does.....).

Now he's into the production of various artist and he keeps his own style and tracks.

Recorded several years ago, I hope to please some of you with this album (34 songs)?

Enjoy! ;)

Jan, at the risk of alienating everyone here, Pete's the only guitarist I can truly say I admire greatly for melodic rock genre. No one can touch him for diversity of style and sheer ability for his production technique.

Many years ago (2001?) when I heard his very first posting here ,(The Lost City), I wrote that 'this guy needs international recognition' and eventually he's achieved it.

The first Peter Korving's track I downloaded from Shadowmusic was "Hydepark" in June 2000 (a month after I first joined). It's a self penned tune from his first "Seaside Shadows" CD.
He posted a few more tracks before he posted "The lost City" in March 2001.

Indeed a great guitarist with an excellent sound, which I heard live in Tilburg (2005).

Hi Jan,
Thanks for uploading all Shadows tunes recorded by Pete Korving. Pete is well appreciated for all of us shadowmusic fans and we are very lucky having all those tunes for us to download.

Thanks guys

I know he posted several other Shadows tunes over the years but Pete had a computer crash and lost most of them, thats why my list is not complete, but it's all i have.
If anyone has a tune not listed in this playlist with a good bitrate please do me a favour and send it to me.

Best Regards Jan.

Hi Jan,

Between 2000 and 2008 I downloaded every recordings which were posted on Shadowmusic and others Shadows' sites. I have over 8,000 files. I stopped dowloading everything after 2008 because too much storage was needed (over 15 Go).
Among them I have many other Peter's tracks (they are not all Shadows' numbers). I'll have to do some reseaches. Earliest ones don't have a good bit rate because of MSN limits at this time.
When did Peter had his computer crash ?

Regards,

Didier
P.S. You'll find here a list of the few Peter's tracks I downloaded over the years : http://www.4shared.com/document/WNmW3vh ... loads.html
I haven't checked for redundancies, and some of the tracks can be found with better sound quality on his CDs (I have three of them, two "Seaside Shadows" CDs, and the 2005 "In Tilburg" CD, I don't know if there are other CDs).
