I've always liked the old tunes recorded by The Drifters and decided to record an instrumental version of this particular one.

I kept pretty much to the original arrangement and I hope that you enjoy it. Thanks for listening.

An absolute Belter! You have a habit of recording personal Memory Jerkers!
A great recording and I'm hoping its going to be an another Backin' CD some time.
In the 60's and 70's I must have played this hundreds of times with groups and Showbands and always enjoyed 'mandolining' the guitar solo bridge.
Nowadays I STILL play it - to the Bet Midler BT, which is a sightly different arrangement but still enjoyable.
Loved it to bits!!
cheers

Many thanks for that Ian - I too can remember playing this in various groups during the mid 60s.

I'm glad to hear that I brought back some happy personal memories.
