Here's my solo rendition of this fantastic song; sorry about the dropouts but it was copied from a very old cassette.

I've now transferred the original multitrack onto 16-track digital so really must get round to remixing it sometime - might get the words right the second time around!

Forgot to mention that I included a little visual pun in there - anyone noticed it yet?

Dear Steve: Your recording was great. I've always liked that tune and I really like your up-tempo recording of it.

Did you take a perfectly nice red car and spray paint it white?

It sort of reminds me of the Rolling Stones' song, Paint It Black...only this one is Paint It White. "I see my red guitar and I want it Painted White. That sunburst Gibson's next. It's dark, I make it light..."
