If we are having a bit of a "Beatle Drive", here is one from me.
Played on my restored 1966 Burns Baldwin "Virginian".
The intonation of the guitar is not perfect - its that darned Burns trem- but I love the sound of it. Hope you do too.
cheers
Ian

Here you are Bojan.
First pic is how it was when I rescued it from a garage. It was underneath a load of old boxes in the Brother In Laws garage and he hadn't played it for 30 years!!

PLease forgive the smug look but it looked and played beautifully afterwards thanks to help from all over the World when trying to find parts for it. The two missing knobs came AFTER the pic was taken - darn it!!

LOVELY looking (and sounding) guitar!!! Thanks for showing it!

Hi Ian

Thanks for posting that number. I think it makes an excellent instrumental. That has been one of my Beatles favourites for a long time. You certainly did it justice I thought, with a wonderful rendition.

Cheers
Len

Splendid Ian me old Mucker. Very well played and a great tone from that pre Chinese Burns.

I just hope that the good people here realize that you had to sell your cardigan and slippers to pay for the restoration of the guitar. 8-)

Cheers, Alan.
