HELP! - Lost Burns Sonic Parts!

Hi Folks

I'm a huge fan of pure clean Burns sounds and I have a cracking little early Burns Sonic that I love. I usually play it through a Selmer which sounds great as well. Excellent for recording. Anyway, a few months ago I took the guitar to bits to fully restore and I have foolishly, stupidly, frustratingly misplaced some parts. I have been repeatedly kicking myself but its not really helping ;)

I've lost the bridge, the pickup mounting screws, and the little rubber washers that the screws go through (although these were close to being totally perished). I have everything else, but of course, at the mo can't play the guitar

Does anyone out there have any spares or know anywhere in UK/EU/Worldwide that they may be sourced?, I would be very grateful for any help or info.

I'm new to this forum and am enjoying exploring it. Thanks for your time.
Best wishes
Mark

You ought to be able to get replacement screws at any good hardware store.

UK, 1960-ish, they're probably going to be BSF threads. Try a few that look the right size... But go slowly .. Don't get them cross-threaded.

It might be possible to use small electrical grommets for the rubber springs. Or, at a pinch, use a Strat pickup spring, cut to the right length with pair of snips.

Bridge? You won't get an exact replacement, but http://www.axesrus.com might have something you can use as a better alternative.

Thanks for the help, I don't have a clue about screw names/brands/numbers so that's useful info.

I was going to give a Bigsby Sorkin bridge a go, so will see if axesrus have one or summat similar. Cheers

(Forgot to say in my original post if anyone reading this thread needs any Harmony guitar parts I have spares so give me a shout.)
