Anyone ID this VOX speaker?

A friend has just found this 12" VOX speaker among his late father's things and he's asked my help to see what it is worth.

made for VOX was stated,,,,,,,,,,,could be a Fane speaker, but I am not shure,,,,,,,,

I am also of the opinion this could well be a Fane.
