I have three strats and all three intonation adjustments are fully wound in.
Does anyone else have this issue. It's almost like the bridge needs to be moved a little.
I have noticed that other players have their 6th string fully wound in.
I am thinking of taking a bit off the spring.

I have lowered the bridge height a bit which gets me closer.

Cutting the spring a little shorter is a recognised modification for the problem you describe (which I assume is that the 12th fret's note is sharp when compared with the 12th fret nodal harmonic).

Being able to push the saddle a little further back away from the nut will tend to flatten the higher fretted notes as compared with the 12th fret harmonic.

A couple of millimetres should do it.

Nice to know I am not the only one in the shadows universe with the issue.

Had to do that on one of my American Vintage strats some years ago. Simplest solution.

I removed the spring from my low E saddle completely to get it back far enough to intonate properly.
