Does anyone know of a supplier who carries stock of 1/4'' long height adjuster screws for Japanese strat bridge saddles.

Hi Neil and John,

Thanks for your replies. I tried both sources and they only carry the screws for the American made saddles, and nothing comes up on the web regarding these. I'll try Barry again who may know of another source.

Regards
Ian

Google 'Allparts' - they have some. :)

Hi Dave,
Thanks for the info. I've sent them an email and anxiously await their response. I hope they come up with the goods as not being able to damp the strings accurately is really bugging me.

Well, I contacted Allparts with my enquiry for saddle height screws on Tuesday, and despite an email and follow up 'phone call I haven't had any response from them. Needless to say I'll not be placing any business their way in the future.
Since then I've managed to find another source and had delivery of goods. Now that's what I call serving the customer.

If the required length screws are available for them, could you just buy a set of USA saddles?

Had a similar screw 'height' problem and solved it with a shim under the neck - new setting up required of course, but problem gone. ;)
