Amtech age pro echo unit

I had several amtech age one and a amtech age pro, all sold on as other echo units came in my gear collection.
As it is I do regret selling some of the units, and are now in a proces of buying a amtech age pro.
I know what it can do, and it wont be my main echo as I have several boards for live use.
But I no longer have the list with recommended settings.
Can anyone her help, maybe with a copy sent by e mail
