The author is Nick Freeth, by the way, and it's a 2010 publication. I would not necessarily trust the text 100% but the photos are great.

Just wondering if there might be a member of this forum who would be prepared to purchase a copy of this
publication for a fellow member residing in the colonies?

Thanks for the recommendation, George. I got a copy yesterday. One feels that some of the choices must have been made because of what was available to be photographed (replicas rather than originals, for example), rather than what would best illustrate a particular type of guitar but for £2.99, an absolute gem of a book.
