Hi
Has anyone seen ,heard or tried one of these midi converters.
looks like a reasonable price if it works?
il have to see if any local music stores have them to try.
there are some you tube demos, but not very good demos
i want to hear what it sounds like live with a full band, and the original bass signal .
not some wasps buzzing around in a jar sound .

regards
Jay

Hi Jay, Can you tell me what this unit does? I am a bit clueless when it comes to audio gear. I looked at it on youtube and like you say , it dosnt give much away!
PS Thanks for all your help on the Bass music sheets.
David.

Hi
David
The Idea is to Convert What ever note you play on the bass guitars fretboard
Into Midi (Musical instrument didital interface) information.
and via the Midi out connection on the Sonnus to a midi in , you can trigger that note on
a midi compatible keyboard or module etc.
so in simple terms , if you have a nice synth bass sound or any other sound on a keyboard piano, organ, sax etc
you should be able to use the Bass to access these sounds.
you are playing the keyboard via the bass guitar.

hope this makes sense?
