Mark Griffiths Cracks Generation Gap
Posted: 20 Sep 2012, 21:17The current Bass Guitar Magazine (issue 83, October, 12) features Lara Pattison, bass player with The Blazing Zoos.
Her bass hero is Jerry Scheff (Elvis Presley).
Lara continues and I quote : "I really admire Mark Griffiths, current bass player for The Shadows, who get a lot of stick from my generation. I think that would all dry up if more people tried to learn their bass lines".
What a well educated and musically astute young lady and well done to Mark.
All being well she is on the Devon Shadows Club must invite list !
