Hi mate yeah I'm ok we had a head on collision last night on the way home from the gig I was driving, a 17 year old came around a blind bend on our side of the road there was nothing I could do and we hit head on myself and the drummer we're in our car I walked away with just a few bruises and a couple of cuts simon wasn't as lucky and has two fractures in his back, we're both alive which I'm grateful for and the paramedic said if I wasn't a big car like my Mercedes we would be dead so I'm very lucky
I'm overwhelmed with the kindness I've received just wondered if you do me a favor and write something on Shadmusic because I've had so many messages and it's taking me forever to get through them but I just want everyone to know I'm ok

Glad you're ok Daniel, but Simon doesn't sound too good.
I had two very near misses of this type, both involving young drivers. I can still visualise the grinning idiot who nearly took me out about 10 years ago.
It was very disturbing.

I just happened to have my iphone video on when this idiot wheelied by, our local police have been copied in!

Such riders should be banned for life before they take another!
