Revealing to see the lack of interest here. Looking back to the days of 'Oh Boy' one can see how popular Cliff was back in the day with his quite edgy performances. Without Cliff there would be no Shadows.

I was merely making an observance. I used to be a 'Cliff fan' in the very early days but soon lost interest- it was always The Shadows that captured my main interest, but sorry to say I eventually lost interest there also as they became 'family' orientated.

As far as I know, Cliff's Move It was recorded before he had even met The Shadows/Drifters.

The point of this post was to wish Cliff Richard a happy birthday, not to talk him down.

Only Ian Samwell and Terry Smart of the original Drifters were featured on Move It. Hank and Bruce were recruited for the purpose of Cliff's first tour in early October, 1958.
