Despite nearly as much popularity as the Shadows I am surprised that Bo Winberg of the Spotnicks has not had a similar
idea to the UB Hank concept.
I am sure quality backing tracks covering their popular titles(inc Rocket Man!!) would be commercially viable and most
of us players would support by purchasing, and of course tabs could support the more challenging pieces again if also
available.
I know there are bits and pieces out there at present but nothing really comprehensive.
If anyone out there in the Community knows Bo personally maybe they could put this idea to him especially if they too
are players who also think it could be a viable proposition.

Actually, the Spotnicks had a play-along album in 1963, way before UB Hank - "Devenez le soliste des Spotnicks" which has been re-released on CD:

8tracks (from memory) plus backing tracks plus sheet music (not tab)
