Wouldn't it be Jerry Lordans state who got any Royalties?
Its a FUN advert that, for a change, doesn't have pointless and too often tuneless computer generated "music".

Currently popular 'stars' (Bruce Willis for example) are happy to do commercials, so shouldn't Shad's fans be very happy to see the advertisers putting their faith in their music to sell their product to a contemporary market?

I'm sure Hank was paid very well for the use of his name and reputation. The Shads also would have been be paid well for the use of their recording no doubt.

I'm pretty sure that voice isn't actually Phil Tuffnell. Very similar though.
