What's this - a six-note harmonica?

While cleaning the case for my refurbished Burns Artist (see the thread in the Burns Guitars board), in the accessories compartment I came across the gadget that I used in the 1960s before electronic tuners came along.
Yes, it's a six-note harmonica (EADGBE). Easier to use than a tuning fork, though neither were much good on a noisy stage.
Was there a four-note version for bass guitar? Oh, I forgot, in the sixties, bass guitars weren't tuned, they just went thud.
