Well spotted Bill. Two things here.

First, I have reset the forum to UTC without the summertime option.

Second, you can set your own timezone, which will be convenient for any member living outside the UTC area. Select User Control Panel above on the left, choose Board Preferences and Edit Global Settings. Here, you can set the timezone you want.

If you don't log in you will get UTC; if you do you will get your own time setting.
