Yes, I think it's a case of the 'grunts and roadies' being 'as important' as the artists (when they're not destroying all the gear or putting real world 'distress' all over the equipment) Cmon, how'd did you think all those Marshall stacks look as if they all been in an explosion? Actually I do think roadies are important especially if the don't show off throwing your equipment about...

I have just re-edited the title because it did not reflect the content.

Anyway I just accidentally dropped on a Utube with Dire Straits playing Going Home - but inviting Hank to Join in.
Once again the crew are packing up during the number.

This was how they ended every performance on that tour. It was a way of saying, "This is the last number -- no more encores."

It did seem a bit strange.
