A quick post to say a public thanks to Dave Robinson. Good to his word, he e-mailed a set of his patches to me earlier today and I think I can say with fair safety that a lot of thought and hard work has gone into them. To share them openly and freely with other members is both very kind and generous.

Dave, you are a gent, and a terrific ambassador for these forums :D .

Thanks again,

Cliff

Dave, thank you so very much for the Zoom G3 patches emailed to me. You are a true gentleman! I’m not a very good player, but at least I’ll now have the best echoes. Thank you,
All the best, Stratly aka Malcolm

Thanks guys, anybody wanting these just email me and I'll send them by return.
My email is in my profile. ;)

I've been playing with them again today and I'm forever striving to get the tone as close as possible to the Meazzi, it's a massively important part of the sound.
Because of this there are minor tweaks been made on an hourly basis though many people would settle for where I got it to already, I certainly would except I know they could be better and I'm trying things out all the time. ;)

I don't think so Bob but I don't know the machine. Does your machine use Edit & Share by Zoom ?
I'll have a look at one if I can and try to find out. :)

Having had a quick look at the G1Xon it looks like the parameters that I use to programme the Zoom G3 should work, as the pedals available look the same.
I don't see any way of using Edit & Share though. Without having a play with one I can't know what it's capabilities are.

I can't see any mentions of edit & share Dave but it does use the Zoom tonelib
I can send you a copy of the manual if that would help

I could possibly programme the machine manually if I got my hands on it. No promises though because I need there to be certain components available. :)
