Free Patches for Zoom G Series - please read

Because of the interest in these patches that I made available, my computer has become bombarded with emails and requests and has literally made it impossible to get on with what I do within my day to day business, so as from now I won't be offering any more patches for free. Nor will I begin to charge for them.
That said, I would ask that the people who benefited from having these patches could help others by sharing if asked by other members.
I use my computer to record for my business, as well as run our band and it has become unmanageable because of the clutter.
So I respectfully ask if anyone wants patches for the Zoom G3, G3X, G3Xn, G3n, G1Xon, G1 Four or G5n (same as G3n) Please use the message board and ask the members for help. I won't respond to any more requests as I have deleted all except the ones I'm using for myself.
Thank you for your understanding. :)

Dave,

I’ve still got the zip file for the G1Four, I’m happy to send these on if anybody asks for them.

Tim.

Would it be an idea to set up a Zoom Effects forum in the Message Boards?
Then would it be possible to upload the Zoom files to the entry so we could just access the patches as we want without the need for emailing.
I don't know if this can be done - just asking / suggesting.

That is a good idea Stuart and I would welcome such a forum. I don't quite understand how we could get the patches up there though, but I would support such a forum, without wanting to be involved having to deal with enquiries at the rate they were coming in.
Ideally, I'm delighted to make the patches and give them to people but I don't want the distractions that comes with it.
I would even add patches for the G3xn & G5n. as I do them for myself.:)

Perhaps a dropbox or google drive link where folks could download them direct, pin the link in the gear section? Just an idea.

Here's a link to a folder in my Google Drive that has the patches for the Zoom G3 & G3X; G3n & G3Xn; and G1Four (Thanks to Tim Ryland for supplying some of the files :) ): https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing

I think anyone should be able to download them from this link (just right click on the appropriate zip file and select "download"), so I'd be grateful for any feedback to verify it works ok. If anyone has any of the other patches, I'm more than happy to add them to the folder to keep them all in one place. Fingers crossed this works :).

Once it's verified that it works as it should, If Dave is content, I'll post the link in the Gear section as suggested by Rockinscott above.

I have now put a posting up in the Gear forum linking to Dave's patches(http://shadowmusic.bdme.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=18036). Dave: If you have any issues with the wording or the post in general, just let me know and I'll amend\add\delete as appropriate.

Thanks again to Dave for making these patches freely available.
