Our ex-drummer from Specs Appeal, Steve, who had the temerity to move to Wales (Ystradgynlais, Powis) a few years ago, is organising a fundraising concert for Community Dreams om Saturday 23rd September- see www.thewelfare.co.uk for details. The first half will be rock & roll standards, and the second half is the Shads tribute. I've been roped in on lead guitar, but someone locally who can be Bruce for the evening is required.
