There are a number of software options using AI to break music down into its components. When they work, you can isolate vocals, lead, bass, drums, other components - and also get the rest of the track without whichever of these components you have selected. It’s very clever when it succeeds. It doesn’t always.

It’s also a good way for band members to pick out the detail of the part they will be playing.

Karaoke version at the moment which is so easy for me to understand and use. It is limited choice though.

I'm about to do a gig in my birthday party and i'm looking for the original tracks without Hank's lead to use as backing tracks.

If you do Facebook, there's an excellent group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1090966868080560. It's run by Jan Woestenburg and has in excess of 200 Shadows tracks with the lead removed and will likely give you all (and more!) that you need.

I have RIPX which I bought on offer a few years ago and it removes vocals perfectly without any fuss from lots of tracks I tried it on. It does not remove lead guitar from instrumental tracks though, but with some manual effort , you can do it. Still hoping they crack the removal of instrumental parts perfectly one day, but it's getting better.

Jan, who runs the Facebook group I mentioned above, uses a combination of tools to remove the lead, dependant on the source he's using. By and large he does an amazing job, with some of the tracks sounding immaculate without Hanks lead (Morning Star springs to mind as a terrific example). Occasionally some of the older mono tracks suffer from a small amount of "phasing", but they're in the minority, and even the worst of them still sound perfectly acceptable. He really does have it down to a fine art .

I read on Charlie Halls site general section, that Audacity has some new AI add ons available, including a vocal remover. Have not tried it , but Audacity users might like to check it out, I believe it's free.
