OT - Help needed for studying at University Twente/Enschede

a nephew has got the luck to enrole at the University of Twente/Enschede. This happened on very short notice as he had to pass a Dutch language course first. Now he has the place to study, but is desperately looking for accomodation.
Any help/assistance to find something suitable would be very welcome. Please PM me if you should have a suggestion/hint or even know about something and I will get back to you directly.
