Another good club meeting this month with a good turn out of players. Once again a few unusual tunes played with Bernard putting in a good rendition of Brazil with the help of Jim Tully on 2nd lead Des - Bass, Hall - Drums, Chris - Keyboards, George - Rhythm and Jim B on the shaker. Simon and Mike did their now customery rendition of the Lute Number to finish the first half which always goes down well as it so different from all the other tunes played. The Shadow/Hunters (Sam and Paul) now playing rhythm and lead putting in good performances with a really good walk don't run and young Chris played well to.

Everyone esle put in good solid performances but for me and quite a few others the high-lite of the day being the unrehearsed performance of Theme For Something Really Important as our closing number. This featured Simon - Lead, Bernard - 2nd Lead, Eric - Rhythm, Des - Bass, Hall- Drums, Chris - Keyboards and can be heard on you-tube. Well done everyone who took part and here's looking forward to our next meeting in July, so until then keep twanging away.
