Gentlemen,

I am sorry to be a pain, but, having not "beeen around" for a couple of months or so due to work (Tax Return month etc) I have not had the time to play with the eTap2HW.

I have plugged it in a couple of times using a VOX AD30 VT. What occurs may be something (as a non techie?) I am doing wrong?

I get a highish pitched "whine" coming through the amp? Yet, when I plug in the Quadraverb it works perfectly?

Can anyone help, any ideas etc? Is ther any switch/switches I need to adjust. I have checked that Output goes into Output and Input in to Input etc? I am bemused?

Without having it here in front of me I wouldn't be able to comment.

Arthur , is it the same equipment in the same room that it's happening on ?
No different fluorescent lights on ?
Has it been standing for a while ?

Is it near you computer?

Blinkin eck Arthur - it's frightening the life out of me every time I come on here now.
You'll have to send it back to me again if no luck.

My eTap screeches for a few seconds when I switch it on.
I believe this was subject of a fix a while back.

Yes, it has stood for while, I a still working and don't get as much time as I like for me. I will try it out on my AC30 CC2 all valve as soon as I can and let you know.

So sorry to scare the wits out of you. I know they are good machines just seems I'm not having much luck?

I am beginning to think I'm a jinx or something?
