The "A" on the G string seems to be the biggest issue.
Question is - "Why don't they fit compensated Nuts to all new guitars"? Can't be that much of a production issue or cost.
Earnie Ball Music Man developed their own Compensating nut and it is fitted to all their range.
IS it really worth it? A compensated nut won't correct wrong notes
By the way I just checked my Roadhouse Strat. Seems a compensated nut is not needed at all
I did look at Earnie Ball site - Am I I correct in that they don't do any for Strats?
One other thing - I use 9's - and find the 6th string bridge setting on both my Strats need to be fully screwed up for correct intonation. Almost need to take the spring out or reduce the turns.
