Surround sound Mk 2.....

Postby ecca » 04 Sep 2010, 16:13

Here's Larkrise to Candleford (again !) mixed in Surround sound.
Those of you with surround tell me what think with regard to the mix.
The paupers without it tell me what it sounds like in stereo.
I've not done this before.
The tune started as a test with regard to the time signature ( try counting ) and has ended up as a Dolby 5.1 tester.
It's a Windows Media Audio Pro multichannel file which should play as stereo on normal PCs.
Guitar was Cakeocaster with Tonerider pu's.

I was going to say I've had surround sound for 39 years, but my wife sometimes looks at this forum....

Actually, Ecca, your version sounds great in bog-standard stereo.

I'm pleased to learn that the multichannel file works OK in stereo.
Thanks all.
