URGENT - SOUTHEND (ESSEX) MEETING CANCELLED 30TH NOVEMBER

We have decided to cancel tonight's meeting of the Essex Club at Southend.
The local roads are currently covered in snow and slush and driving is slow and difficult.
The forecast is for more snow and freezing conditions tonight.
Therefore in the interest of safety we have reluctantly decided to cancel the meeting.
There is no December meeting, so next meeting will be the last Tuesday in January 2011.
We wish all our members the very best for the festive season and hope to see everyone next year.

Thanks Dave. Alan Scrafton was kindly going to distribute some flyers about our forthcoming gig at The Bewick's in Maldon next Wednesday at tonight's meeting - but of course he can't now. I'll post details on a separate thread.
